We are wrapping up another year at First UMC Youth… but the summer will be far from empty! 

This summer we are taking 12 youth on a mission trip to Las Vegas.  We are excited for the opportunities to serve and meet youth from all across the country.  Keep our youth in your thoughts and prayers as we prepare for the trip!

Join us on Wednesday nights at 8:00pm for a contemporary worship service in the Fellowship Hall.

There are a number of small groups that meet on a weekly basis for fellowship and study.  You are invited to join any of these groups at any time! Click above for a listing of when and where the groups meet.

On Sunday mornings there are classes for all ages to participate in.  Children begin their Sunday mornings in the nursery for a time of singing and then go to their classrooms.  Junior and Senior high students gather in the Library at the back of the Sanctuary.  Adults meet in the Fellowship Hall for class. 

All classes begin at 9:00am and continue until worship. 

Our Mission and Evangelism teams are hard at work this year creating opportunites to serve and share God’s love in the world!

In the past we have worked in our community on “Don’t Go to Church - BE the church” Sunday, we have served in flooded communities, and we helped to send a mission team to Tanzania in May of 2010.

We are working hard to be present in our community and always seek new ways to serve and meet people for Christ. 

We have partnered with other local churches to provide emergency funds to people in need.  This support comes in the form of vouchers that can be used for meals, lodging and gas at local businesses. Contact the church if you have any needs.
